How Kairos Gold Inc. handles personal information collected through this website.

Kairos Gold Inc. ("Kairos Gold", "we", "us") is a Canadian corporation headquartered at Suite 200, 396 11 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta T2R 0C5. This policy applies to information collected through kairosgold.ca (the "Site").

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics services that profile individual visitors. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie; see our cookie notice.
Newsletter and CASL compliance
Our newsletter requires express consent: you must provide your email address, check the consent box and submit the form. Every message identifies Kairos Gold Inc. as the sender, includes our mailing address and provides an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing info@kairosgold.ca. We will process your unsubscribe within 10 business days as required by CASL.
How we store and protect data
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (contact form) and Cloudflare Workers KV (newsletter). Data is stored on servers in North America and protected by encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to authorised personnel. We retain contact form data for 24 months and newsletter subscriptions until consent is withdrawn.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (Formspree, Cloudflare, email delivery services) that process it on our behalf, and with regulators or law enforcement if required by law.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to access, correct and withdraw consent for the use of your personal information. To make a request, email info@kairosgold.ca with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This Site is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated accordingly. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
