Why Kairos
The right ground, at the right moment, with a team that has spent decades on it.
Chile is the world's largest copper producer, and the belts that hold its copper also hold gold. The Coquimbo Region sits inside the Central Cretaceous-Palaeocene Copper-Gold Belt, a corridor known for high-sulphidation epithermal veins, porphyry systems and skarns. Much of that gold potential has never been drilled in a systematic way. That gap is the opportunity Kairos Gold was built to work.
We do not chase headlines. We map, sample, run geophysics, drill, assay and report, then drill again. Two campaigns at Oro Brillante defined a hydrothermal alteration system 200 to 600 metres wide along a major structural corridor. Phase Three is designed to prove continuity and support a first mineral resource estimate. Carmona, seven kilometres away in the same corridor, is next.
Behind the geology is a management team and board with more than a century of combined experience in mineral exploration, Chilean operations and capital markets, and a treasury strengthened by a $9.82 million private placement closed in July 2026.
District-scale ground in a proven belt
Three projects, about 17,200 hectares, all in metallogenic belts that host some of Chile's largest gold, silver and copper deposits.
Drilling now, with a clear next step
Phase Three at Oro Brillante is infill drilling built to support a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate. Results will be released as assays return.
A team that knows Chile
Our VP Exploration has over 40 years in international mining and nearly three decades in Chile. Our directors have financed and built public resource companies for decades.
Public, transparent, accountable

Three gold projects in Chile
All three sit in the Coquimbo Region, in belts defined by the same geology that built Chile's largest mines.

High-sulphidation epithermal veins with porphyry and skarn potential. The 104-hectare Oro Brillante concession returned surface vein-swarm grades of 1.2 to 61.4 g/t gold and is the focus of Phase Three drilling.
Three gold-silver bearing high-sulphidation epithermal alteration systems covering an estimated 18 km² of surface expression, with historical vein sampling up to 76 g/t gold and 1,153 g/t silver.
A large land position in the belt that hosts Chile's giant porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposits, giving the portfolio bulk-tonnage exposure alongside the high-grade epithermal targets.
Phase Three at Oro Brillante is the third campaign on the Las Garillas Project and the first designed to support a mineral resource estimate.
2024: Phase One, 5 holes, about 1,500 mDrilled on resistivity and IP targets from a 5,800 m geophysics program. Confirmed mineralized intrusive and structurally controlled zones.
2025: Phase TwoBrought total drilling to 10 holes and 3,003 m and fed an updated NI 43-101 technical report. Assays reached 14.9 g/t gold, 0.51% copper and 54.7 g/t silver.
2026: Phase Three, 10 holes, about 3,100 mInfill drilling along the northwest-southeast corridor to test continuity and extensions at depth. Started June 2026, budget about US$1.3 million, assays released as they arrive.
Next: Carmona Phase OneExploration and drilling at Carmona is funded and expected to follow completion of Phase Three.

Why Chile for gold exploration
The case for exploring in Chile is not a slogan. It is geology, law and infrastructure.
Endowment
Chile is the world's largest copper producer and its Andean belts host giant porphyry and epithermal deposits. The same belts that carry copper carry gold, and the Coquimbo Region sits at the heart of the Central Copper-Gold Belt.
Rule of law
A long-established mining code, secure concession tenure and a permitting process administered by SERNAGEOMIN give explorers a predictable path from claim to drill.
Infrastructure
Ports, paved highways, grid power and a deep pool of experienced geologists and drillers keep exploration costs competitive. Las Garillas has year-round access.
Under-explored for gold
Decades of exploration budgets went to copper. Gold-focused work in these belts is comparatively young, which is why systematic sampling, geophysics and drilling can still make discoveries near surface.
Market access
Chile's trade agreements connect it to North America, Europe and Asia, and its capital markets record makes it familiar ground for Canadian public companies.
Our track record there
Our technical leadership has worked in Chile for close to thirty years. That means relationships with landholders, contractors and regulators, not just maps.

What is Kairos Gold?
Kairos Gold Inc. is a Canadian gold exploration company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. It explores for gold, silver and copper in Chile's Coquimbo Region and holds three projects: Las Garillas (including the Oro Brillante concession), Carmona and La Fortuna. The company is not a producer; its work is exploration and drilling.
What is the Kairos Gold stock ticker?
Kairos Gold trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol KIRO (TSXV: KIRO, also written KIRO.V). Trading began at the market open on March 26, 2026.
Where are Kairos Gold's projects located?
All three projects are in the Coquimbo Region of Chile. Las Garillas is roughly 308 km north of Santiago inside the Central Cretaceous-Palaeocene Copper-Gold Belt, Carmona sits about seven kilometres by road from Las Garillas in the same structural corridor, and La Fortuna lies within the Eocene-Miocene Andean Mega Porphyry Copper-Gold-Molybdenum Belt.
What is Kairos Gold drilling right now?
