Projects

How many gold projects does Kairos Gold have?

Three: Las Garillas (including the Oro Brillante concession), Carmona and La Fortuna, together about 17,200 hectares, all in the Coquimbo Region of Chile.

Where are Kairos Gold's properties in Chile?

In the Coquimbo Region of north-central Chile. Las Garillas is about 308 km north of Santiago and 90 km south-east of the port of Coquimbo; Carmona is about seven kilometres by road from Las Garillas; La Fortuna is on the western edge of the San Felix thrust and fold belt near Pascua-Lama and El Morro.

What is the largest Kairos Gold property?

La Fortuna at about 7,700 hectares, followed closely by Carmona at about 7,500 hectares. Las Garillas is the smallest at about 2,000 hectares but the most advanced.

What is the Las Garillas Project?

The flagship: about 2,000 hectares in the Central Cretaceous-Palaeocene Copper-Gold Belt with high-sulphidation epithermal veins and porphyry and skarn potential. It hosts the 104-hectare Oro Brillante concession where ten holes have been drilled and a Phase Three program is underway.

What is Oro Brillante?

A 104-hectare concession within Las Garillas that includes the historic Oro Brillante mine. Kairos Gold owns it 100% with no royalties. Surface and underground sampling returned 1.9 to 61.4 g/t gold and drilling has returned intercepts such as 21.40 m at 3.16 g/t gold.

What is the Carmona Project?

The cornerstone property: about 7,500 hectares hosting three gold-silver bearing high-sulphidation epithermal alteration systems over about 18 km², with historical vein grades of 50 to 76 g/t gold and 780 to 1,153 g/t silver. A Phase One exploration and drilling program is funded.

What is the La Fortuna Project?

About 7,700 hectares in the Andean Mega Porphyry Copper-Gold-Molybdenum Belt with eight priority target areas and composite chip samples of 0.47 to 13.5 g/t gold and 0.1 to 0.88% copper.

How much land does Kairos Gold control?

Approximately 17,200 hectares across three projects, as disclosed in July 2026.

Exploration

What exploration work has Kairos Gold completed?

Surface and underground sampling since 2019, a 5,800-metre resistivity and IP survey in early 2024, ten diamond drill holes totalling 3,003 metres in 2024 and 2025, 3D modelling, an updated NI 43-101 technical report, and the Phase Three drill program that began in June 2026.

How much drilling has Kairos Gold completed?

3,003 metres in ten diamond drill holes at Oro Brillante across Phase One (2024, five holes, about 1,500 m) and Phase Two (2025, five holes, 1,516.5 m). Phase Three adds ten holes and about 3,100 metres.

What are Kairos Gold's latest drilling results?

Phase Two highlights: 25.8 m at 1.90 g/t gold (OB-01-25), 31.60 m at 1.13 g/t gold (OB-02-25) and 21.40 m at 3.16 g/t gold including 4.00 m at 8.91 g/t (OB-03-25). Phase Three assays are released through news releases as they are received.

What is Kairos Gold currently drilling?

The Phase Three diamond drill program at Oro Brillante on the Las Garillas Project: ten holes, about 3,100 metres of infill drilling to support a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate. It started in June 2026 with a budget of about US$1.3 million.

What are the highest-grade gold results reported by Kairos Gold?

Surface rock samples up to 61.0 g/t gold (with 2.85% copper and 329 g/t silver) and vein-swarm sampling to 61.4 g/t gold at Oro Brillante; historical vein mining at Carmona reported 50 to 76 g/t gold. In drilling, assay values have reached 14.9 g/t gold. These are selective or historical samples and not resource grades.

What is the geological potential of Las Garillas?

Drilling has defined a 200 to 600 metre wide hydrothermal alteration system along a major northwest-southeast structural corridor, with gold, silver and copper sulphides in stockwork, vein and breccia settings. The Company interprets district-scale potential extending beyond Oro Brillante and porphyry-style potential at depth.

What is Kairos Gold's exploration strategy?

Back-to-back programs that follow the geology: complete Phase Three at Oro Brillante to support a first mineral resource estimate, then begin Phase One at Carmona, seven kilometres away, using the same roads, camp and contractors.
