DMCA notice and takedown policy

Kairos Gold Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. If you believe that content on kairosgold.ca infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following to info@kairosgold.ca:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The URL or location on kairosgold.ca where the allegedly infringing material is found.
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Kairos Gold will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.
